JARD31 series multi-stage forging press
主要功能和特点：
Main Structure Features:
具有较强的抗偏载能力，适合一般锻件的多工位锻造工艺
Its strong anti-offset loading ability is suitable for multi-station forging process of general forgings
单次打击能量大，打击速度快，模具使用寿命长
Huge power per strike and quick speed extend the service life of mold
较大的公称力行程，适合温锻和挤压类零件的锻造
Greater nominal pressure is suitable for warm forging and forging of extrusion part
连杆与滑块采用柱面连接，滑块采用矩形八面超长导轨导向，导向精度高
Con-rod and cam-block are connected by cylinder, the latter guided by rectangular octahedral super-long guide rail with highly precise guidance
传动系统采用两级传动，偏心轴结构（大行程压机采用曲轴结构）
It has a two-stage driving system with eccentric spindle structure (crankshaft-structured large-stroke press)
设有上下顶料装置
It is equipped with upward ejector and downward ejector
带有闷车解除装置，操作方便
With the device can be lifted to interrupt operation, easy to operate
具有较大的装模高度调节量，增加模具的适用范围
Its sufficient die height adjustment range expands application scope for molding die
主要润滑采用浓油强制自动润滑，滑块导轨采用自动稀油润滑
Its main lubrication is concentrated oil-forced automatic lubrication, with cam-block guide rail automatically lubricated by thin oil
